Sheng Xu
Hello! I’m Sheng. I’m a builder, a traveler, and a life-long learner. I work for the Neuron team at AWS, where we make in-house AI chips (Trainium) to run deep learning models such as Claude.
I graduated from CMU in 2019, and again in 2020 for masters :). I really love teaching, so I still visit universities every year to speak and learn from researchers.
I have visited and lived in quite a few countries, but my native language is still Chinese, and Shenzhen is my home and where my family lives. So this is a blog in Chinese.
In my free time, I really like sports (many of them…), singing, reading, traveling, and all kinds of new experiences.
